Delivery to your home, mailbox or post office
Before the courier arrives, he will inform you by call or SMS of the scheduled delivery time.
Delivery time:
I-V 18:00 - 22:00 (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Utena and Telšiai).
I-V 08:00 - 18:00 (other cities, towns, districts);
Delivery price:
The delivery price depends on the size and weight of the goods and the quantity ordered, and is calculated on a case-by-case basis at the time of ordering the goods and is provided to the buyer together with the goods order. Free delivery is also available.
When you accept or collect your order, please check the condition of the consignment(s) and sign the invoice (waybill) or any other document of transfer and acceptance. In the event that you notice any damage to the external appearance of the consignment and/or the goods(s), or to the completeness of the contents of the goods(s) at the time of handover, please make sure to note this on the invoice, bill of lading or other handover document, and to draw up, in the presence of the representative who delivered the consignment to you, a free-form consignment/good(s) damage/mismatch report. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable for:
- damage to the goods, provided that such damage is not due to a manufacturing defect;
- discrepancies in the composition of the goods, if these discrepancies can be detected on external inspection.
The goods can only be collected by the recipient of the parcel specified at the time the order was placed. Therefore, when collecting the goods, it is necessary to have a valid identity document (ID card, passport or a new driver's licence) and present it to the employee of Lithuania Post.
Delivery terms:
The goods you order are usually delivered within 7 days. The goods are delivered from European warehouses, and in case the goods are out of stock in European warehouses, the goods will be delivered to you in a longer period of about 1 month.
