8.1. Parduotų prekių trūkumai šalinami, nekokybiškos prekės keičiamos, grąžinamos vadovaujantis LR ūkio ministro 2001 m. birželio 29 d. įsakymu Nr. 217 "Dėl Daiktų grąžinimo ir keitimo taisyklių patvirtinimo" patvirtintomis Daiktų grąžinimo ir keitimo taisyklėmis, išskyrus atvejus, kai sutarties negalima atsisakyti pagal LR įstatymus (kai sutartis sudaryta dėl higienos prekių - patalynės reikmenų - pardavimo; žr. information on the website of the Consumer Centre at http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, "Specifics on the return and exchange of non-food goods", point 18). In all cases, money for returned goods shall be paid only to the payer's bank account.
8.2. If the Buyer wishes to return the product(s) pursuant to Clause 8.1 of the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller by the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number, and the reason for the refund.
8.3. The Buyer must comply with the following conditions when returning the goods:
8.3.1. the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition;
8.3.2. the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
8.3.3. the goods must be unused, unmounted and in good condition (no damaged labels, no peeled protective films, etc.);
8.3.4. the returned goods must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received them;
8.3.5. when returning the goods, the goods must be accompanied by the document of purchase.
8.4. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's return of the goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Article 8.3.
8.5. in the event of a return of the wrong goods and/or goods of poor quality, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and to replace them with similar suitable goods.
8.6. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable replacement goods available, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, excluding the cost of delivery
8.7. in the event that the Buyer returns the goods for reasons other than the fault of the Seller or the manufacturer, the Buyer shall arrange for the return of the goods or, in agreement with the Seller, shall pay the costs incurred in returning the goods.
